Modded MP3 Players You Can Show Off Like A 12-Inch D*ck

This MP3 player was modded into a laser tag belt and a futuristic gun. Pulling the trigger will skip to the next track. If you bang it into a wall, you just might get the previous one. If you walk around with a tag belt and futuristic gun, I doubt even an MP3 player mod will make it cool though.

This is one of my favorites: an old Nintendo controller and iPod Shuffle. Stick the hardware into the controller case and you get fucking retro cool.

Controls:

Up/Down: Volume
Right/Left: Next/Prev
Select: Continuous play, Shuffle play, and Power Off
Start: Hold
A Button: Play/Pause
B Button: Self-destruct in 15 seconds (j/k)

Here’s an image of a wooden iPod case mod from Flickr. Fishing nice with shiny lacquer finish. The case is hand made using a dremel. Wood is African Padauk. Brilliant, gorgeous and fully functional! The daft DAP is displayed here with some of its other wooden-cased friends.

I’d love to get this and play with the wheel for about 3 minutes then get bored and throw it away at the fireplace…. accidentally of course.

Here’s an idea. Buy a pen drive MP3 player, fill it with nothing but cat noises and put inside a cat doll. Not a lot of imagination but has potential nonetheless. Now, imagine recording porn woman voices and stuffing in a Real Doll….. aaah….

I don’t think the cat noises is what this guy did but fun idea.

I don’t know if this one is really in production or just a concept design but it sure as *hell* is nice.  *Christ*, it’s so slick.  And actually makes sense to wear on you neck.  And won’t be scoffed at in church.  Put in some beads and it can be musical rosary too.  How awesome!

This one’s out of circulation.  The manufacturer website is down.  But, this was really useful.

PodGear was selling these white clips with shaving heads that plug into an iPod (both power and audio ports.)  Includes a CD to modify the iPod software to add a Shave command.

Of course, you wouldn’t wanna use it because you’ll get your ugly, greasy hair all over your 60GB video but who cares?  You own an iPod, if it looks cool, it must be great!

Here’s one mod we won’t probably be lining up for: an electric-taped monstrosity. Old Camera, old cellphone and old music player, slapped together with an electric tape to hold in one hand.

It’s not the slickest looking thing but sure is functional!  Brilliant guy!

Is that cellphone even digital? LOL!
